i did the booking through the platform and it s very clear stipulated that it. should be 16 square meters, for this amount of money i didn’t expected to get a small 10 square meters room, i asked the staff to resolve the issue they didn’t do nothing. the wifi it s working very bad and the room it s looking more awful as in picture

Had a most enjoyable stay at the Drei Löwen in Munich Location is absolutely excellent at the hauptbanhof with ease of access to all U and S bahn . Great team of staff at reception that were very helpful Raymonda was very professional and helpful in the way she dealt with customers. Ben was exceptional in the way he followed up and dealt with any queries we had Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a great choice particularly the omelet made by the chef to your taste in front of you Overall this is a fantastic hotel as its location lends itself so well to exploring Munich the Marianplatz is just a leisurely walk from it Well done to all at the hotel .

The location of this property was great. However, this is the only positive note. The pictures show nice spacious rooms and modern bathrooms, however, the reality was very disappointing. The room is completely redone from floor to ceiling.. THE ROOM IS FAR FROM BEING A 4 STAR. "The establishment is not up to the task"

Hotel in good location from train station and close to Xmas markets, but area surrounding wasn’t the best with mens clubs and it appeared a bit seedy. We were 2 women travelling together and did feel a bit uncomfortable going out at night. Hotel room small, not much room between end of bed and wall with the tv on, towels very small, no tea or coffee facilities, overlooking courtyard with a lot of noise early morning. Room was clean though. Breakfast a bit limited but enough for our needs.

Good location close to main train station. This hotel describes itself as 4 star rated, I consider it at best 3 star. It was in a strange block with gentlemens night clubs and kind of seedy. The rooms were not as they appeared in the pictures. We had 2 rooms on the 4 th floor and even though the temperatures at night were on average 12 degrees Celsius the rooms were exceptionally hot. We went to the front desk twice asking if they could be made cooler and were told no. There appeared no air circulation at all. The rooms were small and had poor lighting. The bath towels were very thin and rough. The bath products were not worth using. The rooms however were very clean. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but again nothing special. And the staff in the dining room were unhelpful with any request. I asked for a cappuccino with non dairy milk and they handed me a box of oat milk. There were no tea kettles nor coffee machines in the room.
